In the next, this study explores the possibility of how animation can utilize acting of comedy silent film. This study respectively analyzes 2D and 3D animation gesture expressions that are standards for comedy silent film and derive commonness and difference from them. For this purpose, this study utilizes animation 12 principles and Laban`s effort theory. The purpose of this study is to propose divergence from standardization of animation acting through working on investigating gestures comprising most principal exaggeration acting elements in animation acting. It is clearly to see the discrepancies between Customer Delight and Customer Satisfaction. Instead of customer expectation, Customer Delight is based on customer awakening level and positive emotion which is different from Customer Satisfaction model. Awakening Level and positive emotion were the key factors for the Customer Delight. The results of this research was that the customer Self-involvement can lead to high awakening level and it also bring positive emotion to the customer. And path analysis was used to evaluating the final hypothesis model. Customer Delight hypothesis model was proposed by Catering Service Industry of Starbucks and validate the final questionnaire 7 point Likert scale was used in the questionnaire, Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) and Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) are used to analyze the reliability. The aims of this research is to build Customer Delight index contents model for measuring the influential factors - Customer Delight and identify the relationship among Customer Delight, Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty. In facial expressions, humorous articulation of sad, busy or mad expression enabled positive communion among users. Furthermore, two-divisional figures` acting with comparably small body, hands and foot to their head, and people-mimicking motions of animals with cuteness and familiarity enabled arousal of laughter. Intuitively understandable gestures were employed in terms of action. Two-divisional figures reminding pure kids, maximization of emotional expression by omission or exaggeration of mouth, and smoothness by concave curves aroused laughter.

Also, factors of laughter-arousing emoticons were analyzed by studying the ranks of emoticon from 1st to 8th of Kakaotalk Itemstore.
